We may also collect basic technical information such as source page, browser user agent, analytics events, device type, and aggregated website usage metrics.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, improve website performance, understand visitor behaviour, and maintain a reliable lead management process. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Analytics and Cookies

SriVix uses analytics and behaviour analytics tools, including Cloudflare Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand site traffic, page performance, and user experience. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before loading these tools. Visitors who have provided consent may withdraw it at any time by clearing browser cookies or using the cookie preference centre on this website.

Data Storage

Project brief submissions are stored in Supabase, which provides database infrastructure for lead capture. Access is limited to authorised SriVix administrators and service providers required to operate the website. Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months from submission, after which it is deleted unless an active client relationship exists.

Jurisdiction and Data Transfers

SriVix operates from India. Data submitted through this website may be processed in India and through cloud services located in the United States (Supabase, Cloudflare, Microsoft). By submitting information through this website, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in these locations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers only when required to operate the website, analytics, hosting, database, or communication workflows. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing.
